If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the order, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting photos when applicable.

Return eligibility depends on the product condition, hygiene and safety requirements, and whether the item was marked final sale. Products should be unused and returned with original packaging unless the issue is a verified defect or fulfillment error.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return or claim is reviewed. Bank and card processing times vary. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return is caused by our error.
